October 29–30, 2025, Melbourne, Australia — Against the backdrop of global energy transition and the accelerating development of renewable energy, NR Electric presented its cutting-edge Energy Storage solutions and Ideal Synchronous Grid-forming Solution (NR-ISGrid) at All Energy Australia 2025. As one of the most influential clean energy exhibitions in the Asia-Pacific region, this year’s event gathered hundreds of global enterprises and organizations to showcase the latest technologies and applications driving sustainable energy development.
NR-ISGrid Ideal Synchronous Grid-forming Solution can operate as an independent power system or work collaboratively with other power sources such as PV, hydropower, thermal power, and synchronous condensers. The NR-ISGrid solution perfectly aligns with the Australian grid’s demand for grid-forming technology, effectively addressing issues such as low system strength and weak stability caused by high renewable energy penetration. During the exhibition, TÜV Rheinland issued NR Electric with the AS4777.2 certification for its energy storage PCS.
At the exhibition, NR’ team of technical experts engaged in in-depth discussions with customers and partners from various countries, sharing the company’s experience in grid-forming technologies and new power system control and protection. Particularly for the hundred-megawatt-level energy storage system’s fault ride-through capability and its comprehensive voltage source characteristics under off-grid conditions, both of which are unique in the industry. These achievements highlight NR’ leading position in global energy equipment manufacturing and smart grid technology.
