On Dec.19th, 2017, after the last anti-interfere trial completed, Yinan converter station the ±800kV Shanghaimiao - Shandong UHVDC transmission project is ready for site commissioning.
The Shanghaimiao – Shandong ±800kV ultra high voltage direct current (UHVDC) transmission project is the world’s first ±800kV and 6250A UHVDC transmission project, delivering capacity reach to 10,000MW. This project makes great contributions to local economy, eco-friendly and to meet the demands of blooming power load.
NR supplies series instruments including converters, UHVDC control & protection system and HVAC/HVDC measurement devices. NR’s professional engineering crew has actively involved in the site work, including installation and system commissioning. From October 2016, NR has contributed more than 1 year on system commissioning to guarantee the performance of all devices.
